Our returns policy is governed by our supplier, the conditions are as follows;

Returned stone must be in undamaged condition and packed on pallets as it was delivered.
Any breakages will be subject to a breakage fee.

Shipping of returns must be paid for by the customer at £70 per pallet and collection can be arranged by us. There is also a restocking fee which is set by the supplier.
